With a Bachelor’s degree in IT from DMCE university, Mumbai, she has an absolute passion for the underlying power that complex data possesses and loves wandering seamlessly within the depths of it.
Head of Business Development For over 30 years John has had the unique experience of working across multiple sectors of the advertising industry.
Starting as a media planner he has worked on major brands such as Coca Cola, Nestle and J&J. Then a move into publishing saw him part of the launch team for Who Weekly in Australia and then a stint at the Australian Financial Review.
Then his thirst for numbers and analytics saw him venture into the world of research where, for the past 8 years, he has worked at Roy Morgan Research culminating in the role of General Manager heading the agency and media business across Australia & New Zealand.
This unique opportunity allowed John to work directly with many with clients in all industries. There are not many clients John hasn’t worked with over his career.
An innovative problem solver with a love of numbers and big ideas, John is highly passionate about what he does, and we are very lucky to have him at AP.
With over 20 years’ experience in the media industry, Josh brings a wealth of knowledge across strategic planning, campaign implementation and management, digital and social media execution as well as trading and negotiation skills. That coupled with exemplary account service and business acumen, makes Josh AP’s go-to allrounder.
Having led some of Australia’s biggest brands, as well as a swag of challenger brands, Josh is a media chameleon – being able to adapt and hone his skill sets across multiple categories and brands to drive positive business outcomes for his clients and share in their successes.

Josh is focused on client business strategy, and the role communications plays within that ecosystem. He’s inquisitive by nature - constantly questioning the status quo in a bid to solve the issues that keep his clients awake at night.

Campaign Executive Moni started at AP during her final semester of her Media degree at Notre Dame University. Starting out working on social media activation, Moni has since developed a strong interest in the intricacies of online operations. This journey has led Moni to become a Campaign Executive at AP, managing all online activations and becoming well versed in the world of digital.
Junior Data Analyst Desnica is a recent Business Analytics Graduate from Macquarie University with a passion for scrutinising the inner mechanics of a problem. She loves to ask ‘Why?’, and appreciates the tremendous insights that can be afforded by interpreting the underlying patterns in Data. With an eye for detail and an affinity for numbers, Desnica manages Post Campaign Reporting as Junior Data Analyst @ AP. Analysing and evaluating the performance of a campaign in a relentless strive for continuous improvement.
Data Analyst Sai is our data visualisation expert. He holds a Masters degree in Information Technology from Charles Sturt University and is hugely passionate about new technology and the tools that help drive data analytics. Sai’s expertise in pushing data into highly engaging visualisation dashboards helps the AP Strategy team develop uniquely powerful campaign strategies for our clients.
Research Analyst James is fascinated with different people, cultures and sub-cultures, which is why he works in market research to get the truth on what we all think and do. James started off working in finance and soon found an interest in market research after moving to Roy Morgan. Here he serviced clients and provided insights to some of the biggest institutions in Australia’s banking and finance industry. People are complex and James uncovers the crucial insights that describe who we are.
Data Science Team Leader Sunny is one of those rare individuals who sees numbers in 3D. With a Masters degree in Information Technology from the University of Ballarat, and expertise in a vast array of data tools, Sunny has worked with numerous organisations to solve complex data problems that assist with business strategy. At AP, Sunny drives the data team to deliver unique insights and dashboards that are used for building powerful and engaging strategies for our clients.
Strategy Architect Fresh out of high school, Jess started at AP as an intern whilst studying her Marketing degree at Macquarie University. Learning through the ropes of social and online activation, she then quickly diverted down the path of Media Strategy & engaged deeply in our proprietary software: Precise360. This love for Strategy and all-round integration across the business, took Jess to New York at the beginning of our Global expansion. Jess is now a Strategy Architect at AP and with a highly tuned attention to detail, manages hundreds of intricate elements of campaigns - all with a smile on her face..
Media Executive Lizzie is a driven and passionate individual who is eager to understand how consumers think, feel and behave in society. With a Marketing degree from Macquarie University, Lizzie is a quick learner who is taking her skills into the real world to help build campaign strategies that maximise audience impact for our clients.

With a passion for data and technology, Jeremy leads the merging of these 2 core elements for Audience Precision both for today's needs but with an eye to the future.
Jeremy is an unashamed technologist, tempered with a background in practical software development honed by extensive experience in both the Start-up and Corporate world. He has lived in the UK, Australia, and the US, and worked around the world for major advertising, media, software, and Fortune 100 Companies.
He has worked on some amazing projects - record breaking television franchises such as Big Brother, major sporting events including online streaming of the Olympics, and even had a small part in a deliverable for NASA.
Jeremy has been the lead on developing our strategy guidance system, Precise360, working to bring together the best tools from both Microsoft and AP's development partners to offer a seamless, bespoke solution to ensure AP can deliver the same precise service at scale, in any global market, in a reliable and timely manner.
Crowned “The Mentalist” of Audience Precision, Laura is obsessed with profiling personalities and identifying key audiences for brands. Starting her career at Roy Morgan Research during the launch of Helix Personas, she worked closely with media agencies across Australia to enhance client projects and pitches with valuable market research insights. It was here where Laura developed a passion for unravelling the consumer mind, and has brought this passion to life at Audience Precision with an innovative research and segmentation model.
